David Pearson: Founder and President

 David has owned and operated his exterior remodeling company, Pearson Construction LLC, since 1991. During this time he has traveled extensively to many parts of the world doing well pump repair, well drilling and most recently, water filtration. He has seen first hand the devastating affects of having to live life with no accesss to clean water and is fully dedicated to seeing an end to this suffering one family at a time.

Harold Lefever: Vice President

 After getting his associates degree in agronomy and soil conservation, Harold served as a community and agricultrual development worker in Honduras. During subsequent years of missionary service he served in various roles teaching agriculture, training leaders, and overseeing pastors. Harold attended Elim Bible Institute and later received a Bachelor of Christian Ministry from Chesapeake Bible College. Currently involved in short term mission trips, he is assistant pastor at Southside Alliance and resides in Elmira, NY with his wife, Joyce.

Cynthia Pearson: Secretary

 Cynthia spent 11 of her first 15 years growing up as a missionary kid in Central America. She married David and became a mother to four children. Through Lifewater International she received training for health and hygiene, especially for missions in developing nations, which provides the basis for the current teaching shared during water filter distribution.

Julie Lau: Treasurer

 Julie was a child of missionaries and spent seven years of her childhood in Guatemala, Central America. In addition to being a Registered Nurse, she has extensive experience in bookkeeping. She has set up accounting software for both her church and Philippine Christian Fellowship. Currently, she works as an office manager for a local company. Julie and her husband, Ben, reside in Elmira with their two children.

David Forrest: Board Member

 David committed his life to Jesus Christ in 1970 while a freshman in college. He is married to Lucy and they have four adult children. After more than 30 years working in the banking industry, he currently works with Medicaid clients in the local Department of Social Services. Besides serving as Treasurer for Loving Education At Home, Inc., a NY based homeschooling organization, he is also active at Southside Alliance Church and helps out with the local homeschool soccer organization.
